This week's Silly Monkey Story is about our soon-to-be 2yr old son Luke. (My husband is going to faint when he sees that I've posted this photo for everyone to see.) So, here we have Luke wearing what might be considered his favorite dress-up hat. When given the choice of this hat, a fire fighter's helmet, a hard hat, or a cowboy hat, he often (not always) chooses this lovely Strawberry Shortcake hat we had bought for his twin sister a few months ago.
Then sometimes he can't seem to make the difficult decision of choosing just one. Everybody knows that two
heads hats are better than one, right?

LOL. Strawberry Shortcake is one of my daughters favourite characters. If I'm not mistaken she got a birthday cake decorated after her last October... made by my wife. :-)

Being a hat girl myself I TRULY understand Luke's indecision! That hat shows the glory of children! He doesn't knOW it's a girly hat - he just knows he LIKES it! I bet he's gonna marry a hat lady... and maybe he'll be a guy who wears a fedora! Wouldn't THAT be great! LOL! Of course, my Derek loved hats - and even buckets on his head... but now all we see are beanies! I'm thinking I didn't dream HIGH ENOUGH!

oh that is so funny! My silly monkey that I speak of in mine...always loved girls toys and his dad threw a fit about it! If they are having fun...who cares!
