Last week, I introduced the twins to hot chocolate. I even gave them marshmallows with it! It's one of my favorite things to drink during the colder seasons, but to my surprise, neither twin cared for it. They liked the marshmallows, but did not like the hot beverage. They decided they would rather stick with cold chocolate milk instead.Later on that day, I was helping my daughter pick out what to wear to school the next day. She was delighted to be able to wear a new sparkly shirt that was covered with a glitter design. Then she said to me . . .
"MumMum, my favorite things are marshmallows, pretty shirts, and cheese. Those are my favorite things."
I guess it's good that she knows what she likes.
