For quite some time now, our 4.5 year old daughter (and sometimes her twin brother too) has been regularly leaving the beginning sound off words when speaking. If she had a British accent, she could easily be mistaken for Eliza Doolittle. When I correct her, she acknowledges the error and repeats the word properly. Still, there are some words that she always does this with and I am beginning to think that she will never grow out of it.Here are some of the words she always mispronounces along with the translations . . .
ahind = behind
Aprize! = Surprise!
acause = because
anola bar = granola bar
