Holiday 2010 Giveaway: Chuggington Toys & Book Prize Pack (Over $75 Value) [CLOSED]

If you entered my Chuggington Die-Cast Toys giveaway in September, but did not win, here is another chance for you to win Chuggington toys plus a matching game and a Chuggington book! This would surely make your little Chuggington fan or fans very happy.

The Chuggington steering wheel book by Publications International titled Delivery Day is a sound chip board book that was a big hit with our twin preschoolers. This book has symbols that correspond to each sound button on the book's dashboard. Sometimes there is only one symbol and other times there are a sequence of symbols. This is a great learning tool for preschoolers and encourages them to pay close attention and follow along as you read the story.


This book has a steering wheel that pops up with a honking horn at the center. The twins had a tough time working out who should drive first.


The Chuggington Matching Game by Wonder Forge is the perfect first game for preschoolers. The rules are simple to follow and your child will learn to take turns. It is also a great exercise for improving one's memory skills. You can even use this game with toddlers. Instead of following the standard "memory card game" rules, you can just put the cards in a pile and let your toddler find the matches. There are 72 tiles altogether, but I chose to just use 20 so that our preschoolers did not feel so overwhelmed. The game rules also suggests that a child can play this game alone by using a timer (not included) and challenging himself or herself to find all the matches before time runs out.
