These two items came in the most beautiful Partylite logo gift box. In fact, I still have the gift box put aside. I do not know what I am going to put in it yet, but I know it will be something equally as special as what came in it originally.
I am not very comfortable with having candles or tart warmers in my 3-1/2 year old daughter's room, so these scented items are a wonderful alternative. This bear actually has a secret. It contains a pouch of flax seed and lavender buds that can be warmed or chilled for a soothing effect depending on your child's needs.
The embroidered heart on the bottom of the bear's foot just adds to the sweetness and elegance of this gift. It was truly the perfect way to commemorate my daughter's first "big girl" bed. This set would also make a great gift for a new big sister, the flower girl in a wedding, or the birthday girl!
I had hidden the teddy bear before my daughter came to bed that night. She was thrilled about the soft new lavender throw, but that did not compare to her reaction when I pulled the bear from its hiding spot. She was utterly delighted and just could not stop hugging her cuddly plush new friend. She actually insisted on sleeping with her new bear that night.
The 40"x50" fleece throw is finished with a matching satin trim. It smells equally as nice as the bear. I am not certain how long the scent will last after a few washings, but we are enjoying it while we can. I can always use linen spray on it after the original scent has faded.

Even though my daughter is only 3-1/2 years old, I rarely put any jewelry on her aside from sterling silver pieces. I just do not want to worry about tarnishing.
