Walgreens Healthcare Clinics provide convenient and personalized care for patients seeking relief from illness. The clinics offer a variety of sick visit services including treatment of strep throat, bronchitis, sinus, and ear infections. You can schedule appointments online for yourself or a family member to treat a current illness or for routine health screenings!

I am patiently waiting for at least one of our local Walgreens locations to open a Healthcare Clinic.  I cannot count how many trips to the emergency room we've taken simply because we needed to see a medical professional during off hours.  A Walgreens Healthcare Clinic would have taken care of everything from our minor cuts to our fevers and flu symptoms without the long wait in the ER.

Join Me for the "Pulled Pork Twitter Party" Thursday (7/19) at 7pm EST

Last month, I had the pleasure of co-hosting a Twitter party alongside The Motherhood and a great group of bloggers.  The hour just flew by and there were so many great prizes given away.  I am delighted to be invited back to co-host another Twitter party this week and I would like to invite all my readers to join me for a fun-filled hour of conversation about pulled pork, sharing recipes, and prizes of course!

What: I am co-hosting a Twitter party with the National Pork Board and The Motherhood! We’ll be talking about recipe ideas for pulled pork – a tasty and versatile summer staple for potlucks, picnics and group gatherings – and giving away great prizes.

When: Thursday, July 19, 7-8 p.m. ET

Where: The party will take place on Twitter, using the #PlatesofPork hashtag.
