On October 1st, 2013, the Diamond Edition of this classic Disney animated film, which contains never-before-seen bonus features, will become available on Blu-ray, DVD, and digital download. Although my daughter is familiar with Ariel the red-headed Disney Princess, I am anxious for her to get to know Ariel better. After all, Ariel was the first of a long line of Disney Princesses who displayed strong will, courage, and a mind of her own.
