The Tea Collection Semi-Annual Sale is On! (Plus a Promo Code to Save an Extra 25% off Sale Items)

The Tea Collection Semi-Annual Sale is already underway and, to make this highly anticipated sale even sweeter, there is a promo code you can use to take an additional 25% off all sale items for babies, boys, girls, and women!

I think my favorite find from this sale is the adorable Venda Shoulder-Tie Tunic (shown above).  It's priced at $12.50 for this sale, so it will be just $9.38 after using the promo code!  I like this top because, in addition to being super-cute, the straps are adjustable.  This means you can probably buy one size up so that this top can be worn for two (or possibly three) summers.  All our Tea Collection pieces have washed extremely well, so they there is no doubt that this top can be washed and worn with proper care for years without wearing out.

To get your extra 25% off all the sale items in your order, checkout using Promo Code 25SAVE at TeaCollection.com by 6/29.  As always, if you shop, come back and tell me what bought!

The Tea Collection Memorial Day Sale is On! . . . $12 Boys' Tops plus $15 Dresses & $12 Leggings for Girls

The Tea Collection Memorial Day Sale is on and you only have until Monday (5/27) to shop!  You will find $12 boys' tops, $12 girls' leggings, and girls' dresses at the super-low price of $15.  Right now, there is a wide selection of styles to choose from for all 3 deals.  Who knows if that will still be true by Monday though!

I have to tell you that I wait all year long to find Tea Collection dresses for my 6 year old daughter at this price.  The best part is that she can wear the short-sleeved dresses all year round with just bike shorts underneath for the warmer months and a long-sleeved layering tee plus leggings underneath during the colder months.  They also look equally as stylish whether they're paired with canvas sneakers, flats, sandals, or boots!  That's why I think these dresses are such a great value at this price.

Cure Spring Fever with Tea Collection's Spring Holiday Dressing

Even though Spring will be arriving in just two days, we have not seen any signs of Spring here in Massachusetts.  In fact, it is snowing outside right at this very moment.  So, how do you cure Spring fever at your house?  I usually do so by adding items to my children's warm-weather wardrobe (and maybe one or two items to my own).  One of my favorite things about March is seeing all the adorable dressy Spring clothing for boys and girls to look their best on Easter and other Springtime holidays.

Pictured above is the Tea Collection Blooming Lily Shift Dress and the Sethunya Floral Dress for girls.  For the boys, we have the Dance Print Shirt and the Two Oceans Sweater Vest.  All adorable items that look both kid-friendly and easy to wear.  After all, being dressed up does not mean your children need to be uncomfortable.  Is it feeling more like Springtime yet?  To get a bigger taste of Spring, visit Tea Collection and save 10% off your order today!

New Holiday Party Dresses for Girls from Tea Collection

There are so many choices for girls' Holiday dresses out there.  How do you know where to begin?  Well if you're looking for something that is dressy, but not too formal, Tea Collection's special occasion dress would be a great place to start.  All the clothing from Tea Collection is soft and comfortable, including their party dresses.  I also love that the styles are girly, but very tasteful.

Although my favorite dress is the Daisy Chain Mini Dress, I think my daughter would prefer the Tea Collection Twirl Party Dress because she just loves to twirl or the Party Bubble Dress because she is a huge fan of polka dots.

Visit Tea Collection online to view all their Holiday fashions for both girls and boys.  They are currently offering flat rate $7 shipping and Free Shipping on orders over $150.

Back-to School Must-Haves: Tea Collection's 3+1 Sale (Buy 3, Get the 4th Free) Ends on 8/9

Whether you like it or not, summer vacation is nearly over.  In some parts of the country, school is already back in session.  Luckily, ours does not start until the end of the month.  That means I have two weeks to get everything that is left on my list for all 3 of our children.  If you have not finished your back-to-school clothes shopping for your little ones, I wanted to let you know about the Tea Collection 3+1 Sale.  This sale applies to any boys or girls separates marked with the 3+1 logo.  All you need to do is buy 3 items and then get the 4th one (of equal or lesser value) for free by checking out with Code: 3PLUS1.

Above are my favorite outfits for a boy and a girl . . .
All the above items are part of the 3+1 Sale.  Unfortunately, girls dresses and leggings are not part of the sale, nor are the women's clothing.  I know, how unfair, right?

Visit Tea Collection to view all the 3+1 choices.  Hurry because this sale ends on Sunday, August 19th at 11:59 pm PT.

Back-to-School: 6 New Girls Dresses from Tea Collection's "10th Anniversary Collection"

It's no secret that I love the globally-inspired children's fashions offered by Tea Collection, who has been offering clothing for girls, boys, and women long before my first child was even born.  In fact, Tea Collection is currently celebrating a full decade of fashion with their Tenth Anniversary Collection.  My personal weakness is the many girls' dresses Tea Collection designs in such pretty prints.  Pairing them with leggings allows my daughter to wear these comfortable dresses without worrying about being active both in school and on the playground.  I especially like how these short-sleeved dresses can be layered with a long-sleeved layering tee and leggings in the fall and winter and can be worn alone, with bike shorts, or with capri leggings during the balmier months.

Here are the six new girls' dresses introduced in honor of Tea Collection's 10th Anniversary . . .

Tea Collection Sumi Floral Dress - $35.00

Part of our special 10th anniversary collection. The Sumi Floral dress had its debut in the Japanese-inspired part of our Fall 2007 collection. Inspired by a brilliantly bold and graphic hand-crafted Japanese textile. We brought it back in a classic wrapneck knit style dress. You're sure to be a classic in it.

Tea Collection Butterfly Dot Dress - $29.00

Part of our special 10th anniversary collection. This flurry of red butterflies on a field of blue dots made its debut with our Fall 2009 Japan inspired collection. Brought back in a favorite flutter sleeve silhouette.

Tea Collection Hanji Floral Wrap Dress - $45.00

Part of our special 10th anniversary collection. The Hanji Floral dress debuted in Destination: Korea in Spring 2010. Inspired by handmade decorative Korean paper. We brought it back in its original printed poplin wrap style dress with side tie closure. Be an original!

Tea Collection Sanga Dress - $29.00

Part of our special 10th anniversary collection. The Sanga Dress first debuted in Destination: West Africa in Spring 2008. Inspired by Mali motifs and hand-dyed textiles, the dotted swirls print is sure to become a favorite all over again.

Tea Collection Floral Vine Dress - $29.00

Part of our special 10th anniversary collection. The Floral Vine Dress debuted in Spring 2007 in our Turkey-inspired collection. It was inspired by decorative sixteenth century Iznik pottery, named for the town in western Anatolia where it was made. Its delicate floral pattern comes to life in style and grace on this pretty printed knit dress in a favorite flutter sleeve silhouette.

Tea Collection Kasato Stripe Dress - $45.00

Part of our special 10th anniversary collection. The Kasato Stripe Dress first debuted in Destination: Brazil in Spring 2009. It has a nautical flavor and is named for the steamer ship that brought Japanese immigrants to Brazil in 1908.

Which dress is your favorite?  I especially like the Butterfly Dot Dress since I have a soft spot for the color red.

Congratulations to Tea Collection . . . Winner of the 2012 "Stylish Tots" Cribsie Award

I am so excited to report that one of my favorite children's retailers, Tea Collection, has won the 2012 "Stylish Tots" Cribsie Award!  This is big news, considering the tough competition.  Some of the other retailers who were nominated included brands like Ralph Lauren, J. Crew, and Appaman.  With such adorable baby clothes, like this Tea Collection Su Chi 3-Piece Baby Set, it makes me sad that my children are no longer that tiny.  Luckily, Tea Collection makes equally as cute clothing for older children too!

Tea Collection's Playground-Friendly Summer Collection for Girls

Although in many parts of the country, school will be ending in a few weeks, here in Massachusetts, our children will be in school well-into June.  It is only April and we have already experienced some unseasonably warm weather.  After our last heat wave, I realized that I should have purchased more playground-friendly and school-appropriate warm weather clothes for my daughter.  When Tea Collection had their last big sale, I ordered several outfits for her to wear this coming fall, but now I need more summery clothes that still look nice enough for school.

Whether you are in the same situation as I am, needing warm weather clothing that will work for both school and summer vacation, or you are planning a family getaway, the many 5-piece sets offered by Tea Collection are a great place to start.  Not only are they stylish and comfortable, but they are well-coordinated and often comes with pieces that can be mixed and matched.  Rompers, shorts, capri pants, and knee-length dresses are the perfect thing, whether in school, on the playground, or on vacation, for an active preschooler like our daughter.

Tea Collection Dharma 5-Piece Set

Tea Collection Bali Love 5-Piece Set

Tea Collection Moon Orchid 5-Piece Set

Out of the four 5-piece sets shown here, I think my daughter would love the "Dharma" the most.  How could she resist the mermaid and a hoodie combination?

Remember to checkout the Tea Collection new arrivals for boys too.  Sometimes I have so much fun shopping for my daughter, I almost forget I have two fashion conscious sons.
